Job summary

Related Ross seeks a Building Technology Specialist to manage and advance security and building-automation systems across its West Palm Beach properties. You will own planning, installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of access control, CCTV, intercoms, and environmental controls.

The role requires strong IT/network knowledge, vendor coordination, and a proactive, self-sufficient approach in a fast-paced multi-site setting. In-office 5 days a week; join a growing local team.

Qualifications

• Experience managing building and security systems for multi-site assets.
• Strong understanding of building IT, security, and telecom systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration and troubleshooting of access control and badging.
• Support CCTV/video management system health, storage, and retrieval requests.
• Coordinate with vendors on installation, service, and upgrades of security systems.
• Support BMS/BAS and environmental controls for building operations.
• Maintain asset inventory for building and security components.
• Provide executive-level on-site support as needed.
• 5 days a week in-office.
