Job summary

Related Ross is seeking a Building Technology Specialist to own planning, installation, and maintenance of security and building-automation systems at West Palm Beach properties.

You will manage access control, CCTV, intercoms, and life-safety integrations, coordinating with security, engineering, and vendors. The role requires self-sufficiency in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and close collaboration with Property Management and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Experience managing building and security systems for Class A assets.
• Strong knowledge of building IT, security, and telecom systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of escalation for access control programming and troubleshooting.
• Manage CCTV/IP camera and video management systems, including storage and retrieval of footage.
• Administer intercom systems and security turnstiles; coordinate with vendors for installs and upgrades.
• Support radio systems used by onsite security and engineering teams.
• Assist with building automation/BMS/BAS and environmental controls; coordinate with engineers.
