Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Building Technology Systems – Intermediate Consultant to join our Denver, CO area and support Houston and Dallas offices. You will help deliver high-quality design and documentation for telecommunications, security, and intelligent building systems across local and national projects.

Work with the Lead consultant, coordinate with clients and design teams, produce drawings and specifications, manage resources, and participate in meetings and site surveys to ensure project

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in engineering or equivalent with technical certification.
• 1–3 years designing Security and Telecommunications systems for buildings.
• Strong communication and Revit experience; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support the Lead consultant in all aspects of the project delivery process, incl. drawing production and meetings.
• Provide designs for Telecommunications and Electronic Safety & Security systems.
• Coordinate with clients to gather and document system and design requirements.
• Create design narratives and coordinated construction documents (drawings and CSI specs).
• Budget fee responsibility on assigned projects.
• Help manage project resources to complete deliverables.
