Job summary

Qualifications

Four-plus years of experience with MEP systems and controls.
Valid driver’s license and ability to qualify under the Dartmouth College Driver Safety policy.
Ability to perform carpentry repairs and work with raised floor systems.
Ability to perform minor electric repairs and understand electrical systems.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on Dartmouth College buildings, equipment, and utilities.
Respond to work orders and emergencies with independence and teamwork as needed.
Assist senior BSTs on complex repairs and support building automation systems.
