Job summary
Insight Global is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to lead preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, repair, and upkeep of a commercial facility in Warwick, RI. You will maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and building systems, respond to maintenance requests, and coordinate with contractors on-site.
The role is on-site with a rotating first-shift schedule, requiring strong 5–7+ years of related experience, hands-on skills with CMMS/BMS, and a focus on safety and reliable
Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of building maintenance or facilities experience.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Experience with Fire Alarm systems.
- Experience with Building Management System (BMS).
- Experience with CMMS and documenting maintenance activities.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in varied environments.
- Ability to diagnose issues and perform repairs independently.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
