Job summary

ms consultants, inc. is seeking a Business Project Manager for Architecture/MEP to lead multidisciplinary projects from concept to completion in a collaborative Building Systems team.

You will manage scope, schedule, and budget while nurturing trusted client relationships, and work closely with the Building Systems Senior Vice President to drive project success and strategic growth. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or BS in Engineering (ABET-accredited).
• Demonstrated experience in project management, client account leadership, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of business and production operations.
• Serve as the primary client contact, managing relationships and strengthening trust; develop plans aligned with scope, schedule and budget.
• Track production hours per phase and coordinate with technical leaders across disciplines.
• Maintain billing projections within 5% accuracy of actuals and coordinate client invoices with accounting.
• Support business development and contribute to client acquisition strategies and sales goals.
• Lead preparation of fee proposals and contractual agreements; conduct fee negotiations with clients and technical leaders.
• Mediate scope and fee disagreements and manage contract changes as needed.
• Lead weekly project reviews evaluating schedule, costs, and profitability.
