The position involves applying established procedures, coordinating with teams, and delivering reliable outputs while supporting the engineering and technical services function.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
• Meet the physical requirements (stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, lifting 50 lbs+).
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose problems, and repair as needed.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management by ensuring building systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Exchange straightforward information in a clear, concise manner.
• Follow defined procedures to deliver outputs under supervision.
