Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and OSHA 10 card or training.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in modern office buildings.
• Trade skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and building control systems.
• Universal CFC Certification.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Consults with tenants to schedule preventive maintenance as needed for their suite.
• Monitors building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operation within design specifications.
• Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
• Performs preventative maintenance and operates water chillers, cooling towers, pumps, heat exchanges, air handling equipment, fans, electrical switchgear and panels, sprinkler and fire alarm systems, plumbing fixtures and other systems.
• Directs vendors and subcontractors and assists tenants as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
