Job summary

ISN is seeking a Full-Time Building Engineer for our Bethesda, Maryland office. The role focuses on independently maintaining and monitoring MEP and HVAC systems across a seven-story building, following preventive maintenance schedules and reporting daily activities.

The candidate should have 5+ years of experience with programmable logic controllers and mechanical systems, with preferred depth in these areas. We offer a challenging, growth-oriented environment with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Shall have the necessary certifications and experience for independently maintaining MEP/HVAC systems.
• Experience with preventive maintenance schedules and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor MEP and HVAC systems daily per preventive maintenance schedule.
• Report daily work and coordinate maintenance contracts as needed.
