Job summary

ABM is seeking a Building Engineer in Denver to operate or assist in operating HVAC equipment, engines, pumps, air compressors, and related systems. The role focuses on safety, compliance, and effective maintenance within a diverse set of engineering departments.

You will work with internal and external customers on technical issues, contribute to maintenance programs, and help analyze performance and repairs to ensure reliable operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering experience.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Follows safe practices and complies with company and regulatory standards.
• Operate or assist in operating all heating and ventilating equipment, engines, turbines, motors, pumps, air compressors, ice and refrigerating machines, air conditioning units, fans and siphons on the site assigned.
• Must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks as assigned.
• Work with internal and external customers on technical issues, work scope recommendations and failure investigations.
• Could work in a variety of engineering departments based on current needs.
• Provide engineering support for a wide range of systems, maintenance programs, engines and operational engineering functions.
• Understand and analyze design, operation, maintenance, performance or repair of vehicles/equipment and their components.
