Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
• Universal CFC certification is preferred.
• Certifications/licenses as may be required by local or state jurisdictions.
• Prior shift management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Meet the physical requirements of this role including lifting 50 lbs or more.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Strong math skills for percentages and basic financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems.
• Comply with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Maintain an energy management program and optimize system efficiency.
• Assist with preventive maintenance to meet or exceed life ratings.
• Follow policies for safe storage and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Review instructions for building systems to ensure operation within design capabilities.
• Apply standard principles to complex assignments and provide solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across disciplines.
• Lead by example and build consensus within CBRE teams.
• Impact a range of activities within and across teams.
• Work within broad guidelines and policies.
• Explain difficult or sensitive information.
