Qualifications

• Trade school certification in HVAC, Electrical, Hydraulics or Plumbing.
• Minimum 5 years operating central plant equipment and building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Experience repairing electrical, plumbing, and HVAC auxiliary systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate, replace, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, control systems, air handling units, pumps, motors, heat exchangers, and expansion joints.
• Install electrical circuits and repair restroom fixtures.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspect systems; replace bearings, motors, and dampers.
• Inspect mechanical and electrical systems, trace circuits, operate switchgear, and write reports.
