Job summary

Ahschools is seeking a Building Supervisor to oversee custodial staff and services in a full-time, 12-month school facility. Responsibilities include directing and evaluating custodial crews, supervising housekeeping, and assisting with building maintenance and equipment care on-site.

The role requires a high school diploma, Minnesota First Class Boilers license, and knowledge of pneumatic controls, heating, electrical and mechanical systems. Must be physically present in the building.

Qualifications

Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned by building principal and/or Buildings and Grounds Director.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or equivalent. Requires State of Minnesota First Class Boilers license.Training or experience in pneumatic controls and heating applications, electrical and mechanical fields. Ability to operate all building equipment. Ability to direct, supervise, train, and evaluate building custodial staff. Ability to recommend hiring and to participate in corrective discipline and adjustment of grievances. Ability to communicate and work effectively with principals, Building and Grounds Department supervisors, and building staff.Must be physically working in the building/on site.

Salary:

$93,729, plus benefits.
