Job summary

Lower Merion School District in Ardmore, Pennsylvania is seeking Instructional Aide Building Substitutes for the 2026-2027 school year. Building Substitutes will work a set schedule and fill in for absent Instructional Aides or to support other needs in the building on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's preferred
• Experience in a classroom setting preferred; Teacher certification preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, faculty, administrators
• Ability to track and monitor student progress using prescribed process
• Ability to build mentoring relationships with students
