Position: Building Substitute Teacher - 2026-27 school year
Description: The Administration is seeking persons qualified by education and experience to carry out the duties assigned to the position and in general, to establish and maintain a high level of standards of excellence in the VernonPublic Schools. Duties would include maintaining a consistent learning experience for students by providing consistency in the educational program and building relationships with school staff.
Location: Center Road School
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. CT teaching certification is preferred but not required.
Salary and Benefits: $135/day with a minimum-value health plan available
Work Schedule: 5days per week,7 hrs/day
