Job summary

Vernon Public Schools is seeking qualified personnel to serve as Building Substitute Teacher for the 2026-27 school year. The role focuses on maintaining a consistent learning experience and building strong relationships with staff to support student achievement. Location is Center Road School.

A Bachelor's degree is required; CT teaching certification is preferred but not required. Work schedule is 5 days per week, 7 hours per day, with a daily rate of $135 and access to a minimum-value health
