KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our building structures team in Sparks, MD. The role focuses on managing scope, schedule and budget, mentoring staff, and maintaining strong client relationships across national projects.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of structural engineering and project management experience, proficiency in Revit/AutoCAD, and leadership capabilities to drive high-quality delivery while expanding KCI’s presence in the NE region.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• PE license or plan to obtain within a reasonable time.
• Master’s degree preferred but not required; strong leadership acceptable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project management for building structural projects including scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Direct structural design for steel, concrete, masonry and wood structures.
• Perform design/analysis, site visits, and investigations as needed.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects and MEP partners.
• Develop construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD; QA/QC oversight.
