Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager for its Building Structures team in Allentown, PA or NYC.

The role focuses on leading building structural projects, mentoring teams, and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering a diverse portfolio across the NE Region and beyond. The candidate will manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality, leading design efforts and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading building structural projects from concept through construction.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong communication and client-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Manager for building structural projects with full scope, schedule, budget, and quality accountability.
• Lead structural design efforts for steel, concrete, masonry, and wood structures.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects and MEP partners.
• Develop construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Provide QA/QC oversight for calculations, drawings, and specs.
• Mentor junior staff and manage client relationships.
• Support proposal development and business development efforts.
• Lead projects through design, bid, and construction administration.
