Job summary

Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson is seeking a talented structural engineer to design a wide variety of building and facility projects along the East Coast. The role covers framing layout, calculations, and production of construction documents using Revit, with collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

The candidate should have a ABET-accredited engineering degree, a Professional Engineer license, and at least 4 years of experience in structural engineering.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree required.
• Professional Engineer License required.
• 4+ years of structural engineering experience in buildings/facilities.
• Proficiency in Revit and structural design software.
• Experience producing construction documents and reports.

Responsibilities

• Work within a multidiscipline design team to support structural engineering efforts.
• Perform framing layout, design calculations, and develop construction documents.
• Develop construction documents using Revit and other design tools.
• Coordinate with internal and external team members to meet deadlines and quality standards.
