The Building Services Planner & Materials Coordinator supports the safe and efficient operation of the Indianapolis site by planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance and facility work for the Building Services group. This role manages work orders in the eMaint CMMS, coordinates purchasing through SAP and external vendors, oversees maintenance inventory and materials, and ensures work is properly planned, resourced, documented, and completed. The onsite position partners closely with maintenance teams, site stakeholders, and contractors to support facility operations, maintenance reliability, and continuous improvement efforts.
Supports a multi-building research and office campus with occasional lifting, material handling, walking, stair climbing, and coordination of indoor and outdoor maintenance activities. Must adhere to all site safety requirements and work processes.
