Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner.
• 1-2 years building plant experience including HVAC maintenance, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, minor construction, and associated repairs as required to ensure resident comfort and safety, preventive maintenance of building, and ground maintenance.
