Job summary
Pretium Engineering is a building science engineering firm providing services to residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional clients. We are seeking a Project Coordinator to assist with investigation, reporting, CAD work, and project management across diverse assignments.
You will support field reviews, data collection, and budget/schedule considerations while communicating effectively with clients and teams.
Qualifications
- Excellent technical writing and reporting skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Post-secondary education in Building Science or related field.
- Knowledge of air, rain-water, and vapour control concepts.
- Familiarity with building envelope assemblies and materials.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
- Valid driver''s license and insured vehicle for site travel.
Responsibilities
- Assist with project investigation, reporting, and drawing preparation.
- Assist with field review/test data collection and performance audits.
- Contribute to budget and schedule control discussions.
- Conduct onsite quality control and adherence to specifications.
- Prepare CAD drawings for reports and tender documents.
- Maintain utilization targets with supervisor guidance.
- Participate in knowledge sharing through meetings and training.
