• Report any safety concerns or maintenance issues.
• Keep cleaning tools and supplies organized and in good condition.

As a Building Porter, you'll be the heart of our community's cleanliness, making sure everything from hallways to common areas to vacant apartments is spotless and well-maintained. Your work keeps our residents happy and ensures our property looks its best every day.

Competitive Pay! This position is subject to prevailing wage requirements, so your compensation is determined by federal, state, and local guidelines.

Salary Range: $23 per hour, commensurate with experience

Physical & Work Environment:
