Rose Associates, Inc. is seeking a motivated Residential Property Porter to join our team. The role supports multiple properties in Brooklyn, NY, ensuring clean, safe, and welcoming spaces for residents and visitors.
You will perform daily cleaning, assist with snow removal, manage trash and recycling, and provide front desk coverage when required, delivering courteous service to residents and staff.
