Responsibilities

• Keep public spaces, amenity areas, and office areas clean—vacuum, mop, dust, and empty trash.
• Ensure restrooms and high-touch areas are sanitized.
• Clean and refresh vacant apartments to get them move-in ready.
• Handle small maintenance tasks (changing light bulbs, replacing covers, etc.).
• Assist with seasonal tasks like snow removal and sidewalk cleaning.
• Report any safety concerns or maintenance issues.
• Keep cleaning tools and supplies organized and in good condition.
