Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleaning common areas and vacant apartments.
• Maintain exterior areas.
• Collect and sort trash.
• Salt and shovel snow during inclement weather.
• Perform minor handy work such as changing light bulbs and small paint touch-ups.
