Job summary

Clinton Management is seeking a Porter to join one of our Bronx properties. The role includes cleaning common areas and vacant apartments, maintaining exterior areas, collecting and sorting trash, and performing light handyman tasks.

The position requires ability to lift 50+ lbs, and availability on weekends, overnights, and potential overtime. Salary ranges are provided and a full-time schedule is typical for this role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year or more of Porter experience (building cleaning experience will be considered).
• Heavy lifting (50+ lbs.) is required.
• Must be available to work weekends, overnights and/or overtime.

• Saturday & Sunday - 7am - 3:30pm, Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday - 12pm - 8:30pm, Thursday & Friday - OFF

Salary Range

$24.62 - 30.78/ hr.
