Location: 3524 White Plains Rd, Bronx, NY 10467

Salary: $22.00 per hour

Schedule: Friday – Sunday 7:00am – 3:30pm, Monday & Thursday 12:00pm – 8:30pm; Off: Tuesday & Wednesday

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Cleaning common areas and vacant apartments
• Maintaining exterior areas
• Collecting and sorting trash
• Salting and shoveling snow during inclement weather
• Performing minor handy work such as changing light bulbs, replacing blinds, and small paint touch‑up jobs

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• One year or more of Porter experience (building cleaning experience considered)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. regularly
• Availability to work weekends, overnights, and/or overtime
