Job summary

Applicants must have a High School diploma, one year of porter experience, and be able to lift over 50 lbs. Scheduling involves Monday to Friday availability, with potential weekend, overnight, and overtime work.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year or more of Porter experience (building cleaning experience will be considered).
• Heavy lifting (50+ lbs.) is required.
• Must be available to work weekends, overnights and/or overtime.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleaning common areas and vacant apartments.
• Maintain exterior areas.
• Collect and sort trash.
• Salt and shovel snow during inclement weather.
• Some minor handy work may include changing light bulbs, replacing blinds and small paint touch-up jobs.
