Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; apprentice program preferred.
• 5+ years in operating MEP systems in a commercial property.
• Experience supervising maintenance staff and coordinating with contractors.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain MEP systems for the assigned facility.
• Supervise maintenance staff when applicable and monitor activities.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on equipment.
• Coordinate maintenance with outside contractors and technicians.
• Maintain stock and inventory control; respond to emergencies.
