Job summary

Zeller is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Atlanta, GA to oversee plant maintenance and security functions, manage lease and financial processes, and supervise tenant move-ins/outs while coordinating with contractors and management. The role requires strong customer service, financial acumen, and leadership with a building systems background.

Responsibilities cover administrative, accounting, insurance, reporting, and tenant relations, with emphasis on safety, compliance, and efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Customer service oriented.
• Good financial aptitude.
• Ability to understand the mechanical systems of a building.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to supervise office and operation staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative and financial duties including lease abstractions and budgeting data entry.
• Assist in accounts payable, invoicing, and cash deposits; prepare aged receivables and tenant reconciliations.
• Administer insurance claims and incident reporting; assist in monthly/quarterly reporting and budgeting.
• Manage security measures, guards, and post orders; coordinate with Security Supervisor.
• Supervise tenants move-ins/outs coordination with Ownership, Construction Manager and Contractors.
• Oversee janitorial programs, maintenance scheduling, and coordination with janitorial staff.
• Review service contracts and supervise contractors; ensure cost-effectiveness.
