Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience in commercial HVAC.
• Valid HVAC certification.
• Valid chiller or boiler certification or within 12 months of employment.
• Valid EPA 608 Universal certification.
• Valid and applicable driver’s license.
• On-Call Assignment – per Florida statutes and collective bargaining agreements.

Responsibilities

• Perform highly skilled and complex mechanical repairs on building equipment.
• Inspect equipment, analyze trouble and plan sequence of repair operations.
• Maintain HVAC systems and related building hardware.
• Enter time worked and maintain data in work order/PM systems.
• Maintain tenant relations and professional public communications.
