Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking an Operations Staff member to support resident and guest services at a Boca Raton property. The role involves greeting, registering guests, maintaining daily logs, and assisting in building operations with strong attention to safety and compliance.

You will monitor control systems, respond to emergencies, and coordinate with the Property Manager and Administrative staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/AED certification is desirable.
• 2–3 years of similar experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills.
• Monitors control and emergency response systems.
• Responds to emergencies in a timely manner and maintains logs.
• Maintains a safe and secure environment throughout the building.
• Relieves front desk and receiving staff as needed.
• Assist residents, guests, and unit owners with courtesy and information.
