Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related experience in office building operations.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Basic computer skills, particularly with Word and Excel.
• Professional image; dress code standards.

Responsibilities

• Respond to tenant service requests and complete work orders promptly.
• Change ballast, light bulbs and light tubes as needed.
• Assist Chief Engineer with inspection of lighting, sprinkler systems and extinguishers.
• Be familiar with operation and maintenance requirements of equipment.
• Recommend repairs and improvements to the Chief Engineer and Property Manager.
• Assist with special projects and interact professionally with management, tenants and vendors.
