Responsibilities

• Compile lists of prospective customers for sales leads.
• Make outbound lead follow-up calls via phone and email to qualify leads and sell products.
• Handle inbound sales leads and convert to sales.
• Provide consultative solutions within store constraints and quote prices/terms.
• Prepare sales orders and coordinate deliveries.
• Build and maintain customer relationships and enter data into the database.
• Assist outside sales representatives and resolve customer issues, including complaints.
