You will identify opportunities, present door and hardware solutions, prepare proposals, and coordinate with installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Local travel and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to travel locally to customer locations as needed

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with residential, commercial, and contractor customers
• Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and customer outreach
• Meet with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate door, hardware, and service solutions
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and sales presentations for customers
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate customer information
• Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Achieve sales goals while maintaining a high level of professionalism
• Stay knowledgeable on company products, services, and industry trends
