The role supports a range of departments and may involve stock replenishment, product preparation, and checkout guidance. Prior retail experience and bilingual ability are a plus.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer including inputting, accessing, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 pounds with assistance if needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock replenishment to keep shelves full and organized.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for timely receipt by customers.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to improve service.
• Prepare merchandise in department based on customer needs (e.g., painting, plumbing, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or at checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
