Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and inputting, accessing, modifying information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and perform duties as required.
• Ability to minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt by customers.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
