Job summary

Lowe's in Helena, MT is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to help customers with home improvement needs and guide them to the right products. You will greet customers, answer questions, locate merchandise, and ensure satisfaction throughout the shopping experience.

You’ll also support stocking, processing orders, and possibly rotating to other departments to broaden your skills in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on teamwork and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying information).
• Six months of experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately, ensuring on-time pickup or delivery.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or at checkout; perform other duties as assigned.
