Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products and answer questions across multiple departments. You will spend time assisting with merchandise, guiding shoppers, and ensuring orders and deliveries meet expectations.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying information)
• Six months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones, tablets)
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies where needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time arrival
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., tint paint, cut and thread pipes)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and complete other duties as assigned
