Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Michigan to greet customers, help them find the right products, and assist with checkout. You’ll interact with customers throughout the day, load merchandise when needed, and ensure customer needs are met across departments based on store requirements.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, inputting or accessing information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional customer service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise across departments.
• Stock replenishment and organization of shelves in assigned areas.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to meet expectations and timelines.
• Cross-train in other areas to support store-wide customer service goals.
• Assist customers with shopping or checkout and complete other duties as assigned.
