Job summary

Lowe’s in Tilton, NH is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find the right products for home improvement, and answer questions throughout the day. You’ll assist with locating merchandise, stock shelves, and ensure customer needs are met.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience with common retail technology
• Able to perform duties requiring standing and lifting up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Down stock merchandise by replenishing shelves
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
