Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying data)
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand, sit, and perform duties as required
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance as needed

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance service
• Prepare merchandise in department (e.g., paint tinting, cutting/packaging)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
