Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer; basic digital literacy for store operations.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift at least 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Down stock merchandise by identifying empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut wood, etc.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
