Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills.
• Experience coordinating deliveries, fleet resources, or dispatch activities.
• Familiarity with ERP, inventory, order-management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer projects from sale through final delivery.
• Process and maintain customer orders in company systems.
• Review project requirements, material needs, and delivery schedules.
