Lake Lumber Co. in Panora, IA is seeking a Building Materials Inside Sales & Estimator to help homeowners, contractors, and builders select materials and prepare accurate estimates.

You’ll manage projects from initial takeoff through ordering, maintain long-term customer relationships, and collaborate with our team to deliver an exceptional customer experience with industry-leading tools and training. Competenze

• Knowledge of building materials and residential construction is required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Sales experience, preferably in building materials or construction.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform material takeoffs (training available).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn estimating software.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Mansioni

• Meet with homeowners, contractors, and builders to understand project goals and product needs.
• Prepare accurate material takeoffs, estimates, and quotes.
• Sell building materials including decking, doors, windows, siding, roofing, lumber, and related products.
• Manage projects from initial estimate through ordering and completion.
• Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
• Use our sales process and technology to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Collaborate with an experienced team to ensure project success.
