Building Gurus in Southwest Twin Cities Metro, MN, is seeking an Inside Sales professional with a solid understanding of residential construction basics and experience selling lumber and associated materials. You will guide homeowners and DIYers through project planning, material selection, and estimating needs.

Responsibilities

• Guide walk-in and repeat customers through project planning and material selection.
• Build trust as the go-to resource for homeowners, flippers, and DIYers.
• Support pro customer base projects when not serving homeowners.
• Grow product knowledge across multiple categories; work in Inside Sales at a desk.
