Job summary

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product selection, placement of orders, prices and quotations, complaints, and scheduling of deliveries and installations.
• Initiate telephone calls to customers to generate sales.
• Obtain orders from customers and sales representatives; enter work orders, credit returns, return authorizations, and service requests; file paperwork accordingly.
• Coordinate purchase and delivery of special products; obtain pricing, specs, uses and availability.
• Manage schedules for projects by coordinating with outside sales, jobsites, and assigned customers.
