You will estimate materials, prepare quotes, and sell decking, doors, windows, siding, roofing, lumber, and related products. You’ll manage projects from first estimate through ordering and completion, building lasting customer relationships with outstanding service and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Experience with building materials and residential construction.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Sales experience in building materials or construction preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform material takeoffs (training offered).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with estimating software and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners, contractors, and builders to understand project goals and product needs.
• Prepare accurate material takeoffs, estimates, and quotes.
• Sell building materials including decking, doors, windows, siding, roofing, lumber, and related products.
• Manage projects from initial estimate through ordering and completion.
• Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure project success using our sales process.
