Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to customers and greet them in a positive, approachable manner.
• Answer questions, resolve concerns, and advise on project solutions.
• Process purchases, prepare quotes, and assist with deliveries and installations.
• Maintain product knowledge, update pricing, and assist in other departments as needed.
